Our Seitan Bites are covered in crispy breadcrumbs and flash fried so only need a couple minutes in the frying pan over a moderate heat. Alternatively they can be heated for 10-12 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C. They are packed with protein, and are a healthy, delicious alternative to traditional chicken nuggets.
