Founded by Andy Deeley & Emily Fitch-Deeley, FITCH was inspired by the US craft beer boom of the 2000s. With the movement quickly spreading to the United Kingdom, they noticed that customers cared more than ever about the quality products and realised they could apply their knowledge to what they loved - cold brew coffee. As the Cold Brew movement began to take off in the latter half of the 2010s, they founded FITCH with the intention of bringing their experience and passion and creating high-quality soft drinks with a focus on healthy ingredients.
