  • Are all your products vegan?

    YES! Everything on the Kindly website is, and will always be, 100% vegan.

  • Where do you deliver?

  • When will I receive my order?

    Brighton & surrounding delivery zone: You can choose your delivery timeslot when you place your order: between 3-6pm or 6-9pm. Orders will be delivered Monday to Friday. We aim to deliver your order within 48 hours, for orders placed before 10am Mon-Thu, but occasionally we may take a little longer when we’re very busy. You will receive email updates for your delivery each step of the way. Eastbourne, Hastings, Hailsham & surrounding delivery zone: you will receive your order on the next day we deliver to your area, once every two weeks.   • Can I choose my delivery day and time?

    Brighton delivery zone: you can choose your timeslot (between 3-6pm/ 6-9pm) but you cannot choose your day. We deliver Monday to Friday. We aim to deliver your order within 48 hours, for orders placed before 10am Mon-Thu. Eastbourne, Hastings, Hailsham & surrounding delivery zone: your order will be delivered on the next delivery day to your area. Check for upcoming delivery days Where do we deliver . Deliveries will take place between 12-6pm on this day, regretfully we are not able to offer a smaller timeslot than this at present. You will receive email updates for your delivery each step of the way.

  • Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?

    No you don’t. If our driver arrives when you’re not at home, they will follow your instructions and leave the delivery in your designated safe place. Please note that if you order chilled items you may want to ensure you are home at the time of delivery.

  • Is there a minimum order value and delivery charge?

    Orders of £40 and over qualify for FREE delivery, and orders up to the value of £39.99 are charged a flat delivery rate of £4.99. There is no minimum order value.

  • What is your allergens policy?

    Kindly of Brighton handles gluten, soya, sulphites, celery, celeriac and nuts. We take every preventative measure but cannot guarantee no cross contamination.
