  • When will I receive my order?

    We deliver orders Monday to Friday. We aim to deliver your order within 48 hours, for orders placed before 10am Mon-Thu, but occasionally we may take longer if we’re very busy. We will contact you first via email to arrange a delivery day and time that suits you. For more information on deliveries check Where do we deliver.

  • Can I choose my delivery day and time?

    We deliver Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9am-5pm. We contact each customer via email to arrange the best delivery day and time to suit you.

  • Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?

    No you don’t. If our driver arrives when you’re not at home, they will follow your instructions and leave the delivery in your designated safe place. Please note that if you order chilled items you may want to ensure you are home at the time of delivery.

  • Is there a minimum order value and delivery charge?

    Orders of £40 and over qualify for FREE delivery, and orders up to the value of £39.99 are charged a flat delivery rate of £4.99. There is no minimum order value.

  • What is your allergens policy?

    Kindly of Brighton handles gluten, soya, sulphites, celery, celeriac and nuts. We take every preventative measure but cannot guarantee no cross contamination.

    The Kindly of Brighton Loyalty Scheme rewards you for your patronage. For every pound spent, you earn 1 point towards exciting rewards! Joining is simple—just sign up on our website and you're automatically enrolled.Alternatively, you can join in-store by mentioning your name and contact details to the staff, and they will sign you up.

  • How do I earn and check my points on your Loyalty Scheme?

    You earn 1 point for every pound spent, both online and in-store. You can check your points balance by logging into your account on our website or scanning the QR code at the till in-store.

  • How do I redeem my Loyalty points, both online and in-store?

    After logging in, click on "Loyalty Program" at the bottom right of your screen to redeem points online. In-store, simply mention your name to the staff at the counter, and they'll assist you in redeeming your points.
