  • Are all your products vegan?

    YES! Everything on the Kindly website is, and will always be, 100% vegan.

  • Where do you deliver?

    BN1, BN2, BN3 postcodes only. We regret that we cannot deliver further afield at this time or ship your order by post.

  • When will I receive my order?

    We deliver orders Monday to Saturday. We aim to deliver your order within 48 hours, for orders placed before 10am Mon-Thu, but occasionally we may take longer if we’re very busy. We will contact you first via email to arrange a delivery day and time that suits you.

  • Can I choose my delivery day and time?

    We deliver Monday to Saturday between the hours of 10am-5pm. We contact each customer via email to arrange the best delivery day and time to suit you.

  • Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?

    You're welcome to tell us a designated safe space to leave your order, whether this is on your porch, with a neighbour or anywhere else you prefer. Please note that if your order contains chilled items you may want to be home at the time of delivery.

  • Is there a minimum order value and delivery charge?

    Orders of £40 and over qualify for FREE delivery, and orders up to the value of £39.99 are charged a flat delivery rate of £4.99. There is no minimum order value.

  • What is your allergens policy?

    Kindly of Brighton handles gluten, soya, sulphites, celery, celeriac and nuts. We take every preventative measure but cannot guarantee no cross contamination.

  • Can I recommend a product you don’t stock?
