This pairing of sweet and salty is a master stroke and is the result of hard work, patience and dedication to the craft of choolate-making. Our Swiss master chocolatiers source the cacoa from Euador, the Dominican Republic and Peru to create our decadent, rich and velvety chocolate base. We then travel to Guerande, France for their world-famous, ultra-fine fleur de sel (salt flowers) then gently scatter them through smooth dark chocolate to enhance the natural naunce of the chocolat's flavour profile.
