Ripe cherry red in colour, this young organic wine from Bagordi is beautifully clean with gentle acidity but impressive in flavour with soft juicy dark berry fruit. Well balanced aromas present mature red fruit as well as savoury flecks of clove and black pepper. Noticeable ripe wild berries and cranberries accompany the dry tannins and it is certainly muy muy drinkable. Ideal with game, stewed pulses and legumes and rich autumnal flavours.
