We take our Original chease and then slowly smoke it for 4 hours using the cold smoking method to infuse our chease with wonderfully fragrant smoke from natural Applewood. This chease has creamy texture and a smoky, tangy flavour. Perfect if you already love our smoked paprika flavour but want something with a more natural smoky flavour.
This is a Chilled product, and needs to be stored between 2-8 degrees Celsius.
