King Soba Brown Rice Udon Noodles
A wholesome mix of brown rice and wheat flour these noodles are a healthier version of this traditional Japanese style noodle. Udon are Japanese style flat noodles traditionally produced from refined flour. We have combined wheat and brown rice flour for a nutritious twist. Delicious served in Sukiyaki, a hearty Japanese soup made with chunks of meat and vegetables flavoured with soy sauce and sake or serve with lightly stir fried ingredients such as Shiitake mushrooms, carrots, spring onions and tofu.
