Our organic white spaghetti pasta is produced using an extrusion process that leaves a porous and rough surface, great to hold condiments such as a classic tomato sauce or one of Suma's tasty organic pasta sauces. Then it's dried slowly to preserve the nutrients and bring out the taste and aromas of the wheat. Delicious! And now we've ditched the plastic. Our Italian organic wheat pasta is now packaged in biodegradable and recyclable paper, sourced from sustainably managed forests.
