Picked from an old-block overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Growing Pains is a medium bodied Cinsault from the Stellenbosch area. These old bush vines, combined with ten months in barrel, create a healthy concentration of red fruits and soft tannins.
On the nose you’ll get a good balance of red fruits with some bubble gum.
On the palate you’ll get some red fruit, complemented by notes of dark fruits (black cherry, blackberry).
Well-integrated oak. Medium alcohol, medium acidity. Ripe tannins and a clean finish.
