Coconut palm sugar is a rich and unrefined brown sugar that’s pulled from the tropical coconut palm tree flower. It is made by tapping the flower before drying it in a large open kettle drum. This coconut palm sugar is totally organic and has a gorgeous caramel flower that adds extra deliciousness into cookies, cakes, brownies and all sorts of lovely sweet treats. You can also use it to sweeten dishes and sauces if you’re looking for a tasty sugar-alternative. Please note this product is packaged in a paper bag for food safety reasons.
