These sweet ground almonds are made from the almond nut and has a similar consistency to corn flour. Ground almonds can be used in all sorts of bakes including gluten-free cakes and Bakewell tarts. Yum!

Ground almonds are made by blanching almonds so they have no skin and grinding them down into a fine powder.
